The Sprenger Pronamic is an anatomically shaped single-jointed bridoon bit that promotes self-carriage, a refined contact, and gentle influence – a great choice for sensitive horses in further training.
The Pronamic Bridoon Bit from Sprenger was developed by bit expert Heiko Schmidt-Sentek in close collaboration with Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and Benjamin Werndl – with a focus on the needs of the modern dressage horse.

This single-jointed bridoon bit features an anatomically and ergonomically shaped mouthpiece with a forward-angled port that provides enhanced support and contact without being too harsh. Its design encourages the horse to seek the bit and maintain an upright, supple outline through the neck – perfect for the young, well-schooled horse ready to take the next step in training.

Unlike traditional bits, the Pronamic relieves pressure on the bars of the lower jaw, making it especially suitable for sensitive horses or those with a thinner tongue.

Features:
- Anatomically shaped single-jointed bit with forward-angled port
- Encourages self-carriage and contact in an upright, collected frame
- Gentle on sensitive mouths and horses with a thinner tongue
- Effective yet mild action, ideal for horses that tend to tighten through the neck
- Developed in collaboration with world-class dressage riders

Type: Single-jointed bridoon bit with loose rings
Ring size: 55 mm
Thickness: 14 mm

Material: Mouthpiece in Sensogan with stainless steel rings

Sensogan is Sprenger's proprietary blend of copper, manganese and zinc, developed to reduce oxidation and promote the horse's overall wellbeing.
